She drives dedicated training programmes for all staff demonstrating that Waste Management is a professional service that demands accuracy, efficiency and quality.
She has also lead the company’s investment in technology to manage logistics, data capture and client interaction and has created what she believes is a top flight team to ensure the business continues to be regarded as the standard setter in the industry locally.
Customer Account Manager
As a BSc Honours graduate Danny began his professional career in waste management with Bryson Recycling as Sales Development Executive before moving to Lisburn City Council as Waste Officer.
With ISL since 2008 Danny has responsibility for large key accounts. He is expert in providing strategic consultancy advice on the most cost effective waste management options specifically tailored to each client with the aim of maximising recycling options and reducing costs.
He is also responsible for the full implementation of each plan in addition to co-ordinating the full ISL team to ensure continuous service excellence and customer satisfaction for each of his clients.
He has successfully completed a Chartered Institute for Waste Management Course in Waste Prevention and Reduction and the NEBOSH course in health & safety.
Ken is one of the most experienced Transport Manager’s in the commercial waste sector, joining ISL from his position as Transport Manager in Wincanton Plc’s Larne Depot in 2008.
Day to day he is responsible for the allocation of all driver schedules and is the management contact for any transport based customer query.
He is responsible for the vehicle maintenance schedule and monitors key cost drivers on a daily basis to deliver best price and quality for ISL and our customers.
Ken schedules collections from site and will liaise directly with site contacts to ensure that collections are made when required and in a timely manner. He also ensures that all relevant documentation is in place and provided to the necessary parties.
Joining ISL in 2009 with a successful 30-year career in sales and marketing Joe McCrystal is responsible for all of our SME clients providing a bespoke consultancy to each company making them aware of their specific waste management and environmental responsibilities. He is expert in providing cost effective solutions to maintain their commercial competitiveness while co-ordinating and supporting the services provided by the rest of the ISL team.
With ten years’ experience in customer service Joanne is the first point of contact for all clients who have new business requests, additional service requirements or issues that need to be resolved.
She is responsible for directing all requests, managing the progress of all issues and tracking each query through to completion.
